Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board of BAUER AG comprises 12 members, with one half representing the shareholders and the other half representing the employees. The Supervisory Board lends structure to decision-making and monitoring processes. The Executive Board must discharge duties to provide the Supervisory Board with information.

Prof. Dr. Bastian Fuchs

Residence: Schrobenhausen, nationality: German

Prof. Bastian Fuchs, born in 1974 in Schrobenhausen, studied law at the University of Augsburg and passed the second state examination in law in 2001. In 2004, he received his doctorate from the University of Augsburg and graduated with honors in 2005 with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the California Western School of Law in San Diego, USA. Since 2001, he has practiced as a lawyer specializing in German and international construction, public procurement and architectural law as well as international business and commercial law. In 2006, he was admitted to the bar in New York City, N.Y., USA, as an attorney-of-law and became a partner at TOPJUS Rechtsanwälte Kupferschmid & Partner mbB in 2007, where he has also been financial managing director since 2010. He has been a lecturer at the LEUPHANA University of Lüneburg since 2012 and at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) since 2019. From 2005 to 2015, Prof. Dr. Bastian Fuchs was a lecturer at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich, where he has been an honorary professor since 2015. He has also been a member of the city council in Schrobenhausen since 2002 and a member of the board of the German Society for Building Law since 2015.

Alfons Doblinger

Residence: Munich, Nationality: German

Alfons Doblinger, born in Arrach near Falkenstein in 1944, founded his first company in 1961 at the age of 17 after completing his schooling at elementary school and agricultural vocational college. For over 60 years, he has dedicated his life to running companies and heads up the Doblinger Group, based in Munich.

Sabine Doblinger

Residence: Munich, Nationality: German

Sabine Doblinger, born in 1968, is a qualified ecotrophologist. From 1991 to 1998, she was Executive Assistant at Collegium Augustinum gemeinnützige GmbH in Munich. Between 1998 and 2002, she was Foundation Director of ELISA Seniorenstift GmbH, Hilden, before working as Managing Director of ELISA Seniorenstift GmbH, Munich, where she worked until 2007. From 2007 to 2009 she was Managing Director of ELISA Seniorenstift Ingolstadt GmbH, Munich. Since 2003 she has been Head of HR at DIBAG Industriebau AG, Munich.

Dipl.-Ing. Klaus Pöllath

Residence: Stuttgart, Nationality: German

Dipl.-Ing. Klaus Pöllath, born in 1953, studied civil engineering at the Technical University of Stuttgart and the Technical University of Munich. In 1979 he began his career at Ed. Züblin AG. From 1989 to 1991, he was Branch Manager at Züblin Spezialtiefbau GmbH, Munich, before moving to Stuttgart where he was Managing Director of Züblin Spezialtiefbau GmbH from 1991 to 2002. In addition to this, from 2001 to 2005 he also managed the Foreign Department of Züblin International GmbH. Between 2003 and 2018, he was Member of the Executive Board of Ed. Züblin AG. From 2011 to 2018, he was also Vice President Technology of the Hauptverband der Deutschen Bauindustrie (Federation of the German Construction Industry). He was also involved for many years as member of the Executive Board of the Building Foundation and the Building Academy Biberach, as well as Chairman of the German Concrete and Construction Technology Association. Since 2020, he has been Chairman of the Executive Board of Initiative Praxisgerechte Regelwerke im Bauwesen e.V.

Sebastian Sennebogen

Residence: Straubing, nationality: German

Sebastian Sennebogen completed his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering at the OTH Regensburg in 2014, followed by a master's in industrial engineering (2015-2017) at the same university. He began his professional career as a design engineer at Sennebogen Maschinenfabrik GmbH, where he was primarily responsible for the supervision of prototypes in 2014/2015. He then worked as an engineer at Ferchau Engineering GmbH in Regensburg from 2017 to 2018. Here he concentrated on the development of group-wide standardization concepts at Krones AG and their implementation in all product lines. In 2018, he returned to Sennebogen Maschinenfabrik GmbH as a mechanical engineer with a focus on the development of telehandlers, product optimization and the development of production concepts. Since 2019, Sebastian Sennebogen has been Managing Director and Plant Manager of Sennebogen Multi Line GmbH & Co. KG in Wackersdorf. In addition, he took over the position of Managing Director of Technology at Sennebogen Maschinenfabrik GmbH in Straubing in 2024.

Florian von Tucher

Residence: Rottach-Egern, nationality: German

Florian von Tucher, born in 1981, studied civil engineering at the Technical University of Hannover and spent study visits in Spain and China. In 2005, he founded the Asian branch of the family business and lived in China for 15 years. There, in his role as Chairman of the ESI Group, he was responsible for the development of large-scale real estate and environmental projects in China and Mongolia.

Since 2020, he has been CEO of the M&P Group, a leading company specializing in sustainable engineering consulting, particularly in the environmental sector.

In 2023, Florian von Tucher played a significant role in founding the SIERA Alliance. It supports companies in complying with the CRSD guidelines and achieving market leadership through strategic adjustments. In addition, the SIERA Alliance enables the industry to use the incentives of the Green Deal to both increase profitability and secure a sustainable competitive advantage in a dynamic market environment.

Robert Feiger

Residence: Neusäß, Nationality: German

Robert Feiger, born in 1962, acted in secretary roles in the district council of Augsburg for the IG Bau-Steine-Erden trade union from 1983 to 1992. During this time, he studied at the Social Academy in Dortmund from 1986 to 1987 before transitioning to the Bavarian state council in 1992. In 1998, he became managing director of the district council of Upper Bavaria at IG Bauen-Agrar-Umwelt (Construction, Farming and Environmental Union), before taking on the role of regional manager for Bavaria starting in 2005. In 2007, he was appointed to the Federal Executive Committee of IG Bauen-Agrar-Umwelt trade union, became deputy chairman there in 2009 and has been serving as federal chairman since 2013.

Rainer Burg

Residence: Gerolsbach, Nationality: German

Rainer Burg, born in 1972, is a concrete technologist and industrial construction engineer. He joined BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH in 1989, where he completed a training as industrial mechanic specializing in equipment and systems engineering. From 1992 to 2018 he served in various roles in the Technical Services Department of BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH, completed various specialist training programs (concrete technologist) and a course of study in applied economics alongside his work. Since 2019, he is a Technical Marketing Manager at BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH. Since 2006, Rainer Burg has been a member of the works council of BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH and has been acting as its deputy chairman since 2010. From 2007 to 2016, he was also a member of the Supervisory Board at BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH. Since 2010, he has been serving as Group works council chairman of BAUER AG.

Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Petra Ehrenfried

Residence: Langenmosen, Nationality: German

Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Petra Ehrenfried, born in 1966, studied process engineering at the Mannheim University of Applied Sciences. She has been working in the BAUER Group since 1992. From 1993 to 1996 she established the branch of what was formerly BAUER und Mourik Umwelt GmbH in Oberursel and then moved to the southern branch, which she also returned to after her parental leave. From 2007 to 2008 she managed the Marketing Department, before moving to the technical center. Since 2017 she has been full-time chairwoman of the works council of BAUER Resources GmbH.

Maria Engfer-Kersten

Residence: Langenhagen, Nationality: German

Maria Engfer-Kersten, born in 1978, holds a degree in journalism and communication sciences as well as medieval and modern/contemporary history. From 2001 to 2008 she worked at the SPD federal party headquarters in Berlin in public relations department, and from 2001 to 2004 she also was a managing director of the SPD regional administrative committee for the Berlin-Mitte district. Between 2009 to 2012, she worked in campaign management for the European and German parliamentary elections and was responsible for event organization at the SPD party headquarters. Since 2012, Maria Engfer-Kersten has been the trade union secretary of the mining, chemicals and energy (IG BCE) industrial trade union.

Reinhard Irrenhauser

Residence: Schrobenhausen, Nationality: German

Reinhard Irrenhauser, born in 1967, completed his training as machine fitter at Karl Bauer Spezialtiefbau GmbH & Co. KG before working from 1986 to 1999 as a large scale machinery operator at the same company. From 1999 to 2010, he worked as a mechanic in equipment assembly in the BAUER Group. Since 2001, Reinhard Irrenhauser has been a member of the works council of BAUER Maschinen GmbH and has been chairman of the works council since 2010. In 2011, he successfully completed an advanced training program to become a technical business administrator. In addition to his professional activities, since 2007 Reinhard Irrenhauser has been serving as a volunteer judge on an industrial tribunal at the Labor Court of Munich.

Dipl.-Ing. Wolfgang Rauscher

Residence: Weilach, Nationality: German

Dipl.-Ing. Wolfgang Rauscher, born in 1971, studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Munich. From 1998 to 2001, he worked in the Development Department of BAUER Maschinen GmbH, before moving to Production in 2002 and taking over the management of work preparation. In the following years he managed and supervised multiple large projects to expand production locations around the world. In 2009, he was given individual power of attorney for BAUER Maschinen GmbH and in 2010 was appointed Head of Machinery Production in Germany.
