Organization

The companies in the BAUER Group operate in the three segments Geotechnical Solutions, Equipment and Resources. BAUER Aktiengesellschaft is the holding company of the Group. It provides central management and service functions for its affiliates. Its activities include Human Resources, Accounting, IT, Group Communications & Marketing or Facility Management. 

We control all operational processes with our management systems. These describe processes and responsibilities and define Group-wide standards for quality, labor, environment, HSE, ethics and risk management. Our management systems are based on the requirements of our customers, statutory regulations, our principles of sustainable business as well as national and international standards.
