Your tasks:
- Supervising and leading personnel assigned to the area
- Ensuring compliance with plans, regulations, and standards, and preparing work with the involvement of relevant teams
- Enforcing project budgets and maintaining relationships with subcontractors
- Ensuring the timely availability of construction materials (concrete, rebar, cement, bentonite, etc.)
- Maintaining documentation and accurately preparing daily reports (performance and cost data)
Your profile:
- Academic degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar studies
- Professional experience as site engineer, site manager or similar position, experience in the field of special foundation a preferred
- Experience in communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Ability to communicate fluently in Hungarian, both oral and written, English is a plus
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, AutoCAD)
