Former Bauer apprentice honored for top performance

Bad Zwischenahn, Germany – At the end of June 2024, the ceremonial release of the well and foundation engineering apprentices took place at Bau-ABC Rostrup near Bad Zwischenahn. In addition to representatives of the leading associations, state guilds and training companies, the families and relatives of the apprentices from all over Germany also attended.

In this festive setting, the German Construction Industry Federation (HDB) also presented awards to the best apprentices - including Pascal Guendel from BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH. He completed his training as a specialist foundation engineer at the Nordhausen site. With an impressive result in his final exam, he is one of the top performers in Specialist Foundation Engineering 2024. He completed his training in the winter. Since then, he has been part of the Ground Improvement Department at BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH. “With his outstanding performance, Pascal Guendel has shown what is possible with commitment, knowledge and passion. I am delighted that he will remain with Bauer and wish him and, of course, the other three apprentices that successfully completed their training all the best for their future careers,” says trainer Daniel Hink.
