Das erwartet Sie in Ihrer neuen Rolle:

  • Supporting the tender departments with calculation of personnel costs for international projects
  • Preparing the execution of international construction projects from the HR perspective 
  • HR management on international projects according to the given strategy, budget and standards, including daily support on site
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant local labor laws and maintain up-to-date documentation of HR processes and policies on the project 
  • Being the HR contact on international projects for project management and employees
  • Close and effective cooperation with other international HR functions (Global Mobility/International Assignments, International Recruitment and International Payroll) as well as the project tender and execution department

Damit überzeugen Sie uns:

  • University degree in economics, law, business administration or similar
  • Several years’ experience in international HR in at least some of the following areas: visa, work permits, employment contracts, compensation and benefits, assignments, processes, recruiting, social security, payroll, income taxation, HR compliance
  • Willingness for international deployments on the projects (as the case maybe up to several months abroad) as well as for business trips  
  • Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for using Excel 
  • Good communication skills and a convincing way with people
  • Being fluent / contract proof in English language, other languages such as French, German and Spanish are a plus
  • Initiative and team-oriented way of working
